Find your Machine ID in JasMed's activation window or in Admin under Licence / Activation — or tap Scan above and point your phone at the QR code in JasMed's activation window.
This form is for a new installation — a one-time fee, paid once. Already activated? Annual maintenance (AMC) only applies from your second year, and you can pay it from your customer login instead.
Submit the form with your hardware fingerprint and clinic details. Each licence is bound to one machine.
Pay securely online. We'll send a payment link for the amount shown above once your request is reviewed.
Open JasMed and click Fetch License — a quick email/SMS code confirms it's you and the licence installs automatically.
