1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Jas Infinity Software and Development Company ("Jas Infinity", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or activate and manage a JasMed licence. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

This policy covers only the data we handle as a vendor. It does not cover the patient or clinical data processed inside the JasMed software running on a clinic's own computer — see "JasMed clinic software" below.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services:

• Contact enquiries — your name, email, phone number, area of interest and message when you submit the contact form.
• Licensing & AMC — your clinic/licensee name, contact email and phone, and your machine's hardware fingerprint ("Machine ID") used to bind a licence to one computer.
• Payments — when you pay an AMC fee online, the transaction is processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive payment confirmation, reference IDs and amounts; we do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Account login — to access your dashboard we send a one-time magic link and code to your email; we store the email associated with your licences.
• Technical data — a single first-party session cookie and standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) needed to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use your information

• To issue, renew and verify your JasMed licence, and to send your signed license.key.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support and annual maintenance (AMC).
• To process payments and send renewal reminders and receipts.
• To authenticate you when you log in to the customer dashboard.
• To maintain the security, integrity and proper functioning of our services, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential, first-party cookie to keep you signed in to your session. It is required for the site to work and is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not use third-party analytics or marketing cookies.

5. Sharing & third parties

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the service, and only as needed:

• Razorpay — to process online payments and subscriptions, under their own terms and privacy policy.
• Email delivery — to send login links, licences, receipts and reminders.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety and property.

6. JasMed clinic software (patient data)

JasMed is an offline, local-network system. All patient and clinical data — names, contact details, prescriptions, billing and records — is created and stored entirely on the clinic's own computer and never transmitted to Jas Infinity. We have no access to that data. Responsibility for patient data, backups and applicable healthcare/privacy obligations rests with the clinic operating the software.

7. Data retention

We keep licensing and payment records for as long as your licence is active and thereafter as required for support, accounting and legal purposes. Contact-form messages are retained so we can follow up on your enquiry. You may ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to keep.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), signed licences, hashed login tokens and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit what we collect.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can update your contact details from your customer dashboard. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and clinics, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
